American Property Management of Illinois, Inc. is a diversified property management company. We opened our business in 1979 and we currently have a staff of twenty-seven employees.

American Property Management of Illinois, Inc. is capable of providing you with expertise in all areas of management. Our company specializes in residential, condominium, townhome, homeowner association, commercial management and real estate brokerage.

Our company started out managing individual homes, condominiums, and townhouses for investors. We currently manage 100 individual homes for investors. From this our business grew into developing our Association portfolio. We currently manage approximately eighty condominium, townhome, and homeowner associations, which we have acquired through our referral network.

We are a people business, and as such, we recognize your specific needs. As professionals we know that it is imperative to meet those needs to ensure satisfaction. We know that to effectively administer a program, a group must be recognized as a whole.

We feel that since our expertise in property management is specialization, we can form a relationship to treat you as one group and still give the individual the attention he or she deserves.

Our knowledge and experience is reflected in our ability to maintain years of relationships with all our clients. In fact, we still manage the very first client we acquired.
